Smoothies!!!

After a good ride, it is important to relax to be ready for the next session. While you ride you build muscle and you need water and proteins to help this.

A smoothy is a good drink to answer these needs. Moreover it is tasty and it is animal cruelty free, if vegan of course!!

Here is a recipe that I recommand after each ride or for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 50g frozen red berries
  • 200g soya yogurt (2 small pots)
  • 150ml grapefruit juce
  • 2 tbsp hemp protein
  • 4 tbsp oats (optional but very good if the smoothy is only what you have for breakfast)

Just process everything in a blender until you have a nice texture.
